BOOKING PROCESS
For all camping enquiries and bookings please contact:

This year, the booking process is slightly different which I hope will benefit both you, and us.
Step 1. Read T&C’s – complete and return, within 14 days, your booking form to camping@wellandsteamrally.com
Step 2. Wait for an invoice to be sent to you via email. Payment instruction will be within the invoice.
Step 3. Pay your invoice within 14 days of the sent date which will generate a confirmation receipt which finalises your booking for 2026.
When you arrive at Gate C (WR13 6LN), have your booking form ready to hand (you may also need proof of payment). You will collect your tickets here, upon arrival.
Please note that bookings for camping fill very quickly so please enquire as soon as possible.
TOILETS
There are toilets in the campsites and around the arena that are cleaned and emptied throughout the weekend. Please help us by keeping them clean and leaving them how you would wish to find them.
Caravan waste points are also available.
DRINKING WATER
There are drinking water standpipes in the campsites – please bring a plastic container that you can refill. You can also purchase water on the rally field from the shop.
RUBBISH
There are plenty of bins provided which are emptied during the weekend. Please help to keep our site as clean as possible.
